FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for Learners
Q: I would like to access the LKQ University, but I do not have an account. How can I get one?
A: Talk with your manager about getting enrolled in the e-learning program. Once you have a login and password, visit the home page of www.lkqu.com to get started!
Q: I can't remember my password. How can I get a new one?
A: There is a link on the user's login screen that will allow a you to get a new password. However, in order for this process to be successful, your login must be a valid email address so that you may receive your new password via email. If your login is not an email address or if you prefer live support, contact the e-Learning Support team at (860) 444-6989 Option 4.
Q: I have a LKQU account, but I do not have any courses on my home page. What courses are available and how can I get enrolled?
A: For starters, we recommend that you visit the home page of www.lkqu.com. There you will find a video tutorial that will teach you how to access and use your personalized e-learning campus. The video will show you that the "Course Catalog" button is located on the left hand side of your personalized e-learning campus home page. In the Course Catalog screen, you will be able to see the various courses that are available and be able to enroll yourself. It may also be beneficial to talk with your manager about what courses could help your career. You can also click HERE to view the e-Learning Matrix (MS Excel is required to view the spreadsheet) which will show you which courses are required based on your job title / type.
Q: How do I access the e-learning program? Can I view my "history" of past courses that I have taken to see stats like my post test scores? What else should I know about the e-learning program?
A: These questions and more will be answered when you watch the e-learning tutorial video located on the home page of www.lkqu.com. The video can be found in the large boxed link labeled "Click to Launch ePath Campus Training Module".
Q: I am hoping to take a course on a topic that does not appear in the Course Catalog. How can I find out if courses will be available on the topic in the future?
A: LKQU's library of courses is constantly growing. You can suggest new course topics by going to the LKQU Course Requests page. If you would like to discuss your ideas / needs further, please contact Lisa Goldstein via email at lagoldstein@lkqcorp.com.
