LKQU for Managers / Supervisors / Administrators
The boxed link below connects to www.epathlearning.com, our LKQU managerment site.

If you would like to learn how to use your management account, click HERE for training documentation which will guide you with step-by-step, screenshot-by-screenshot directions.
You and/or someone from your team must have management/administrative access in order to enroll your staff in the e-learning program and monitor their status. If you are not already registered as an administrator, please email Lisa Goldstein at lagoldstein@lkqcorp.com with your name, title, email address, and location #(s) you oversee for log in access.
As LKQ leaders it is your job to ensure the productivity, enthusiasm and safety of your employees. LKQU is designed to educate and develop you and your staff to help achieve those goals. You are responsible to:
- Ensure all of your active LKQ employees are registered in LKQU
- Meet all Federal and State training guidelines for employee training
- Promote LKQU and its benefits for employee development
- Educate employees on the available required and optional courses
- Keep all employee information and records accurate
Enrolling Learners
In the future, we will automatically add your employees as learners into the e-learning system. Until then, you will be responsible for enrolling of all of your employees into LKQU. You can add your learners one at a time through the Learner Management tool (click the boxed link above), or you can complete this Mass Learner Upload Template and return via email to LKQU@lkqcorp.com.
Required Courses
Click HERE to view required courses on the e-Learning Matrix. View the administrative training (see above links) for information on how to run progress reports for your learners.
A Dedicated e-Learning Work Station
LKQU can be accessed from anywhere - even home computers. However, it is important to have a desktop or laptop dedicated to LKQU at your location. Neowares should not be used since they cannot display the rich multimedia found in the e-learning programs. The computer should have a mouse, keyboard and equipment for audio - speakers can be used, but headphones are ideal since it allows the learner to hear the audio without bothering co-workers. Use this link to test the computer for the appropriate software, etc.
If the computer is on the LKQ network, it must be added to the LKQ Domain. A generic local user account can be used but will need to be setup by IT. When submitting a ticket to IT, use this verbaige: "We need an LKQU training workstation setup with a local account for all site users."
Although not required, you could complete your e-Learning Work Station with a professionally made sign. Click HERE to view and order a sign for your LKQU workstation.
Need a mousepad? Send an email to LKQU@lkqcorp.com to request a special LKQU mousepad to complete your workstation.
